📝 VIN Duplicate

Within the CRM > Enquiry screen, you are able to add a Vehicle within the Vehicles tab.

When entering a VIN Number, if this is not unique and the VIN Number already exists within the DMS, the below message will appear:

The message details that 'This VIN already exists', the DMS will not allow two Vehicle Marketing Records with the same VIN Number.

This will then prompt you to transfer, selecting yes will present the below pop-up:

Selecting Yes will blank the purchase price and date, selecting No will not amend either field.

After this has been done the Owner, Driver, and Keeper of the first CRM Record will now transfer onto the duplicate VIN Vehicle Marketing Record.

If you try to Amend the original record again, the VIN Duplicate will detail the updated Owner, Driver, and Keeper.
