I am getting the below message -
The Finance Settlement Valid To Date has expired for Part Exchange Vehicles Associated to this Vehicle Invoice.
Please review the Part Exchange Finance Settlement Dates on the vehicle Customer Order.
Answer
The issue is caused by the settlement expiry date being before the invoice date of the vehicle, meaning it has already expired.
If you go to:
Vehicles > Customer Orders > Amend
Search for the Reg/Stock Number.
Go into the order and click into the part exchange.
From here click into the settlement look-up Icon
You will be given the following pop-up
You want to make sure the: Finance Valid To Date is set after the invoice date of the vehicle.
If you amend this it will allow you to invoice the vehicle.
