Question

When creating a new booking via Workshop > Jobs > New Job, why is the availability showing as 0 - despite service teams being enabled?

Answer

This will be due to no technicians being allocated to that particular service team. In order to do this, go to Workshop > Parameters > Service Teams

Select Add to name a Service Team;

Select on the relevant service team & double click to open up the β€˜Technicians’ box.

Click Add and select the technician from the drop down.

Click Accept after the technician is selected and this will now show as being allocated to the chosen service team.

Upon going back into Workshop > Jobs > New Job and drilling into the booking date it will now show available hours
