Unable to select email when setting up vehicle contact plan - how do I resolve this?
Answer
If you have set up an email for your contact plans in CRM - Parameters - Communications - Emails. Go to the content tab and choose contact plan email from the drop down. You can see all emails created here.
You may then want to add this into a vehicle contact plan by going to Vehicles > Parameters > Contact Plans
However you may find that the email is not present in the drop down. This is usually because there is some set up missing. If you go to CRM - Parameters - Communications - Vehicle Emails. You need to set up an event in here and enable it.
Once these details have been filled in you can press the accept button and the email should then be available to pick up when creating your vehicle contact plans.
