There is a Vehicle that has Outstanding Work showing on the Exceptions report preventing from Month Ending, how can you clear this down?
Answer
STEP 1
Open outstanding preparation reports:
Vehicles > Reporting > Outstanding Prep > Window will open (check image bellow)
Find vehicle with the status BOOKED
STEP 2
Double click on the needed vehicle from the list
In order to find outstanding job in the system you can use the Registration number, VIN, Surname, Company or Postcode. In this case the best option is to copy either Reg. no or VIN.
STEP 3
To copy VIN or Registration number you will need to click the 'Marketing Vehicle' button on the bottom left. Then simply double click on one of the options and it will open amendment window where you will be able to copy one of the options.
STEP 4
To find the outstanding job you will have to go to Workshop > Diary > Booking Search at the bottom of the screen (please see the image below)
Paste search criteria (VIN, Registration number) into respective box and click search. Information related to that registration number or VIN will be listed in the box bellow. Double click and new window will open.
If found in here the booking will need to be processed as a job and invoiced out at 0 if the job is no longer required.
STEP 5
If you have not found the booking in the above steps go to Workshop > Jobs > Amend Job and search the Reg or VIN in here.
If found in here the Job will need to be processed as a job and invoiced out at 0 if the job is no longer required.

If you are unable to find the job, please Contact Support by clicking the 'Help' button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen and selecting the option to 'Get in Touch'.
