How do I Receive an Internal Booking?

Answer

To clear the internal booking, navigate to:

Workshop > Booking > Internal Bookings

Select the department in the company structure that you would like to work in. You will see the Internal Booking screen with the list of outstanding bookings.

Select the one that you would like to process. Once selected the View PDIs screen will pop up where you have the option to either Book or Receive the job. Press one that applies.

Tick the box for the job that you would like to be done and press Accept. It then will take you to the booking screen where you enter all the information required, such as Account Number, Job Type Booking Date, the Time In and Time Required, and the Service Team.

Once the required information is entered, press Accept. The window will pop up asking if the vehicle has arrived. If applies, press Yes and then Accept to confirm the time the vehicle is required to be done by. Finally, it will ask you if this vehicle require a health check. Choose the one that applies. Once the job card is printed, the booking on the initial screen should be cleared as it is now passed to the Workshop.

Please note, if someone has already started working with the booking and locked it, it will be locked to that particular user. This means that only that user will be able to either finish to process the vehicle or cancel that job.
