How can I Remove a Loan Car From Use?
Answer
Loan cars cannot be deleted, but if you no longer require specific vehicles due to no longer being required or they have been replaced then you can amend the end date of the vehicle.
Within Workshop > Parameters > Loan Cars > Vehicle Information
This screen will display the loan vehicles in use.
If a loan vehicle is no longer needed and is no longer required you can select the vehicle by double-clicking or click amend.
Here you can change the end date to an earlier date so you would no longer be able to select this particular loan vehicle once this date has been reached.
Changing the end date will make this vehicle no longer available to use after the end date has passed.
Once the end date has passed it will no longer be in Workshop >Parameters > Loan cars > Vehicle information
You can add a new loan car here as long as the vehicle has been set up within CRM.
