How do I create a customer order in CRM and then link this to a stock number in CRM?
Answer
Follow the below steps
1) Raise a customer order through CRM
Go to: CRM > Enquiry > Search the customer details
Double-click on the customer's account and go to the Desired Vehicles tab. Click the button for New Offer:
Add the details that you would need (make, model, etc) and hit New Vehicle Configurator
Select the desired vehicle and double-click on it.
Then complete the customer order for it and then hit Order
You now need to complete the Supplier order and hit Next
You can complete the customer order and hit Next:
2) Go to Vehicles > Bring into stock > New > Search by the order number:
Drill into the record and then click Next to complete the bring into stock process.
The option to confirm costs can be completed now or at a later stage.
A stock number will now be allocated:
3) Customer Orders > Amend > look for the order number
The Customer order should now display the allocated stock number as well:
