How do I add VAT Number to a Vehicle Customer Order?

Answer

If your customer is buying a VAT qualifying vehicle from you and you want to add their company's VAT number to the order, you would need to go to:

Vehicles > Customer Order > Create or Amend and look for the customer's details:

Go into the record and fill all the requested details in the customer order. 

You can see the Tax number field on the right bottom hand side of the screen:

Add the VAT number there and you can then complete your customer order.
