How do I change the date when a vehicle CSI survey gets sent to the customer after a deal has been invoiced?
Answer
In order to change the date when the survey will be sent to your customer you will need to go to:
Vehicles > Parameters > Contact Plans
You will then need to double-click on your existing Contact Plan and it will generate the ones that you have already created for your customers:
All you need to do now is single-click on the Survey and choose the option for Edit. This will bring a pop-up window with all the options for this particular one:
The Contact value does represent the number of days before the survey will be sent to the customer. You can amend it depending on when you want your customers to receive it and assess the service.
The Contact period will give you the option to choose between: Days, Weeks, Months and Years.
