I have taken a Vehicle deposit for the wrong amount. How do I resolve this?

Answer

If you have taken a deposit for the incorrect amount then you are unable to amend the current deposit. You will have to refund the current deposit and then retake the deposit for the correct price.

To refund the deposit you will need to go to Vehicles > Reporting > Accounts > Deposits.

Double click into the deposit and click Refund.

This will then refund the deposit and remove the deposit from the customers CRM record. Now if you go back to CRM > Enquiry you can raise a new deposit.
