I'm unable to copy a Vehicle Customer Order - how can I resolve this?
Answer
If you try to copy an order by going to Vehicles > Customer Orders > Copy
You then look for the vehicle / customer order in question and when you double-click on the result, you get the following warning message:
In order to be able to copy the order, you will need to enable the parameter for it.
Go to Vehicles > Parameters > Parameters and then choose Miscellaneous costs from the drop down menu:
You will need to click Amend and choose Yes on the following parameter:
Once this has been changed to Yes, you will be able to copy the customer order:
