View costs access level: This is the vehicle access level required to view the purchase, financial summary, and accounts tab on the vehicle stock card. If your access level is less than the one set here, these tabs will be greyed out.
Amend DIS access level: This is the vehicle access level required to be able to amend the in stock date and the days in stock of a vehicle stock card without having to reverse the vehicle out of stock and bring it in again.
Vehicle description amend access level: This is the vehicle access level required to allow users to amend the vehicle description of a used stock card without having to reverse the vehicle back to supplier order stage.
Document deletion access level: This is the vehicle access level required to delete documents from a vehicle stock card.
Location amendment access level: This is the vehicle access level required to change the location against a stock card.
Prior period access level: This is the vehicle access level required to access the previous period if there is more than one open. Therefore users below this access level can only work in the current period.
Amend purchase price and SIV access level: This is the vehicle access level required to amend the purchase price and SIV of part exchange vehicles when in a customer order or quote.
Vehicle transfer access level: This is only used where PVS integration is enabled.
Amend new vehicle code: This is the vehicle access level required to amend the cap code on a new vehicle
Amend Cap description access level: This is the vehicle access level required to amend a vehicle's description using the CAP data.
Retail price amendment access level: This access level controls who is able to amend the internet price and the retail price on the stock card.
