The Vehicles GRNI report will show all outstanding GRNI's for Vehicle within the current branch. This can be accessed by going to Vehicles > Reporting > Accounts > GRNI.
Outstanding GRNIs on Vehicles relate to:
• Miscellaneous Costs
• Product Sales
• Vehicle Purchase Orders
• Vehicle Purchases
• Private Vehicle Tax (BPM)
If any multi-currency is in use, then these can be filtered to show the foreign currency values. The
currency will initially default to ‘All’, meaning all currencies will be included and Home Currency values
displayed.
Drilling into a result will show the contents in the same way selecting the line and using the ‘Display
Contents’ button would. An Export of this report is also available.
