Profile Limit: This number dictates how many profiles can be attached to a stock card at any one time. Profiles can be used to filter vehicle stock and categorise it so you may want more than one on the stock card at one time.

Allow Multiple Supplier Orders: If this is set to yes it can allow users to copy a supplier order once it has been created. This is here to make orders more efficient if you are ordering multiples of the same vehicle at once. This can also be used for customer orders if you have a supplier order and a customer order linked together the copy function will create copies of the supplier order and the customer order.

Finance Settlement Valid to Date Lead Time (Days): This parameter dictates how many days the invoice date must be before the HP valid date set against a part exchange which has outstanding finance. You will not be able to invoice the vehicle if the days between these two dates are lower than the days set here.

VRT: This is an Irish only parameter for calculating vehicle registration tax.

Include VAT Posted Vehicle for Vehicle Transfer: Β This feature allows the transfer of VAT Posted to a New Vehicle. When this is enabled, users can transfer a new vehicle with a VAT Posted Status during the Dealer Transfer Routine. Β

Used Vehicle Mileage Valid for (days): This feature will allow a dealer to decide how many days the mileage on a CRM record will be valid for. If the mileage was captured is no longer valid, the user will need to re-enter an up to date mileage when creating a Supplier Order. This will apply to Used Vehicle Supplier Orders, as well as when adding a Part Exchange to a Customer Order.

Product Categories - Restrict Sale to Products: This allows the ability to prevent the sale of any miscellaneous cost that has products linked to it. Where a misc. cost has active products, the products themselves should be added rather than the misc. cost itself.
