The Associations Tab is used to link customer records together.
Go to CRM > Enquiry then click on the Associations tab.
This is particularly useful in the case of fleet or large company operators, where CRM records for individual employees can be associated with the record for the central organisation.
If there are any other CRM records associated with the one being viewed, they are displayed within this screen.
Any of the associated records can be accessed by double clicking on the line representing the record required. The detail of the association for each associated customer is displayed within the customer tab.
