By going to CRM > Enquiry you can search for either the Customer or Vehicle Details to open the CRM record.

If customer is not in the system, you can click the 'New Customer' button and create a new record.

Once you are in the customer record, it will look like the following:

The first tab for any CRM record is the Main tab. Contained within here is the overall picture of the customer record. This is made up of 4 sections: Personal Details, Desired Vehicle, Contact History and Present Vehicles.

The Customer tab will display personal details of the Customer.

The Additional tab is used to store information relating to the customer, including space for 2 more complete addresses, if required.

The Desired Vehicle tab is used to display the desired vehicle of the customer if one is set.

The Contact tab is split into 3 different sections: Contact Status (details allowable contact methods), Contact History (details any previous communication with the customer) and Future Contacts.

The Vehicles tab allows you to see the vehicle attached to the customer CRM record.

The Service Details tab gives information on service dates. It displays the service information attached to the vehicle.

The Deposits tab allows you to take deposits from the customer and see the history of any deposits taken.

The Associations tab is used to link customer records together. It is particularly useful in the case of a fleet or large company operator.

The Spend tab records the spend analysis for each customer, displaying the turnover, profit and profit percentage for both vehicle sales and aftersales.
