This tab is used to store additional information relating to the customer, including space for two more complete addresses if required.
Both of the addresses used within this screen can be used for mailshots through the system via the Letters functionality within the CRM module (CRM > Processing > Letters).
The Other Information section allows the user to complete information driven by the Dealer Parameters (see Customer User Definable Fields). This information may be of use to sales team during course of sales conversations or by dealership staff meeting the customer.
