The Spend tab records the spend analysis for each customer, displaying the turnover, profit and profit percentage for both vehicle sales and after sales.

The results can be filtered to specific departments within the company structure and be viewed across a date range analysing the customer’s type of spend at the dealership as below.

By β€˜ticking’ the Ignore Exclusions box, the user can include any after sales spend transactions linked to a sales ledger account that has been included in the β€˜Exclusion List’ as set within the CRM parameters. Once the filters have been selected, click the β€œSubmit” button to produce the spend details.

By double clicking on individual Spend Detail lines the user can view a copy of the aftersales invoices from the Parts and Workshop modules, which can be printed or e-mailed. For Vehicles, a double click will take the user into the vehicle stock card.
