SMS response messages from customers can now be sent to a specified email address, as well as automatically writing to the customer contact history and populating the messages report.
To avoid missing SMS responses, a new email notification feature has been added. The notification simply sends an email to the address on the SMS Responses Report. This can be found within CRM > Parameters > Dealer Parameters > Setup.
The email details the customer and the time of the response, the content of the SMS message can then be reviewed in the SMS response report, found in CRM > Messages > SMS Responses.
