In addition to Workshop conversations, this functionality can be used within Vehicle Customer Orders. Conversations with other system users and customers can be recorded against customer orders in a number of screens.
Conversation can be created and added to via the Vehicle Customer Order Screen and the Desired Vehicle tab of the CRM customer record.
Conversations can be used for internal conversation within the business between users of the Pinewood DMS. For each conversation recorded a recipient list can be selected who will receive the conversation notes via email along with them being recorded in the system. In addition to this, if the customer has a mobile telephone number the conversation can be sent to them via SMS.
If you select the Conversation icon, you can view or add conversational notes as below:
You can use the To button to select who you wish the notes to be directed to internally as below:
The Conversation icon will turn green if there are notes added to view as as below:
