📝 Tech+ App Dealer Menu Pricing Requirements

From the main screen of the Windows app you will note that nothing is different, however, as
long as dealer menu pricing is enabled on your Pinewood DMS you will see that in the bottom left hand menu you now have the option to add menu pricing requirements to the job you are in.

Unlike the menu pricing function in the app that is already available with VHC and recommended work, where you can only see menu pricing items with one operation only, you will now see all of your menu pricing items.

When you go into the menu pricing option from the main menu you will see that the
functionality is the same as the menu pricing system where you drill down requirements until
you find your desired item. When you then select this item you will be taken to a review screen
where you will see all the operations that will be added including the details of their load hours.
Once confirmed the requirement and all operations will be added to the job.

The impact of this function will be in the cases where dealerships have an agreed contract of
work with a customer and therefore technicians can add work straight on to a job without the
need to go to a service advisor and have them authorise the work with the customer and add it
to the job for them – streamlining the whole process.

Please note that this function is only available if you have dealer menu pricing enabled at your site.
