📝 Tech+ - Creating & Amending Operations

Within Tech+ once you have entered a specific job, the user can view Current Operations to select to clock on to. These can be filtered to show the status of these operations as All, On Hold or Complete.

Creating New Operations:
When on the Operations screen within a job, click the mceclip6.pngto add a new Operation.

The user will then be presented with the following screen, of which any fields with a Red Asterisk next to them must be filled out to create an operation.

Parts, Technician Skills, Operation Code and Rework options are available but are not mandatory when creating an Operation.

Once the details have been filled out, click Save Operation and this will display as an Operation for a technician to begin working on from the Operations screen.

Viewing & Amending Created Operations:

Clicking on an already-created Operation line will allow the user to clock onto the operation by clicking 'Start Operation'. The Operation Requirement can be amended from this screen, changes must be saved using the mceclip2.png icon.

The Parts title at the top of the screen displays what parts have been issued.

Once an operation has been started, the Idle time on the timer will change to show the job number and the operation and also it will countdown the percentage of time taken based on the load hours.

Once an operation is complete, drill back into the operation and select the Finish Current Operation button.
The app will then present the list of finish reasons:

Once a reason is selected, it will then present the Technician with the option to choose what they would
like to do next. Click the desired status and then the technician will be given the option as to where to move to within the app:

Creating New Operations:

Within the Operations tab, jobs will colour coded based on the status of the operation set by a Technician. Once all operations on the job are completed, the technician will be able to close the job.
