TECH+ app will allow technicians to amend the text on the operations against workshop jobs they are working on.
This is to allow them to update and clarify as to what work was carried out on the vehicle.
When a technician clocks on to a job on TECH+ they will be presented with the list of operations
on this job. When selecting an operation, they will see an “amend” icon underneath the
operation requirement. This allows the technician to open up and amend the text in the
operation as they should see fit, once this is done there are two more icons available.
The Revert icon will revert any changes made in the text back to the original and the Accept changes icon will save the changes the technician has made and update the job both in TECH+ and on Pinewood DMS.
