Within Tech+, a Vehicle Health Check can be viewed, updated and completed remotely. Once a job has been created and a checklist has been added for a Vehicle Health Check, this will appear within the Health Checks tab of the app which can be found on the Main Menu.

Once you have drilled into your desired Job Number that contains a Vehicle Health Check operation, you must click into that specific operation and click 'Start Operation'. This will then display the Vehicle Health Check Tab at the top of the screen. This is shown in the below screenshot:

The first three rings designate OK, Recommended or Urgent work - the fourth ring is any sections of the VHC that have yet to be given a rating. All areas of the VHC must be given a rating in order to complete it. If a Health Check has been started it can be saved and continued at a later date. When the technician is ready to mark the VHC sections it will show in a list where they can mark the areas once checked on the vehicle:

Pressing save will keep the progress of the VHC but not finalise it, this option will be available to select once all the sections on the VHC form have been filled out.

Clicking on an individual section will allow you to enter if the vehicle area is 'OK' or if any work required is Recommended or Urgent to be carried out. Enter the Hours and any accompanying Notes and press save to add this to the VHC form:

If Recommended or Urgent is selected on a VHC section, the Notes field will become a mandatory field to allow technicians to display the issue or work required for the vehicle.

When all the sections of the VHC form have been given a status,it will allow you to finalise the VHC - once this has been done, you cannot make any further changes to the VHC so ensure that you are happy with the sections that have been marked. A warning prompt will display once Finalise is clicked:

You will then be prompted to Finish the current Operation to solve this:
