Upon clicking into a Contact in the Aftersales Diary, you will be presented with the processing screen. This screen displays all the vehicles the customer owns and the events currently due to be actioned in the Aftersales Diary for these vehicles. This allows for all of a customerβs vehicles to be dealt with in a single contact.
The customer's contact details are displayed along the top. Should the customer's contact preferences need to be checked, the icon can be selected.
The processing options are in a drop-down at the bottom of the page and are active once an Event is selected. The available items in the drop-down will change depending on the event selected.
Clicking the View Vehicle button will open the Vehicle marketing record so the user can view further detail of the vehicle here.
Removing Owner/Driver/Keeper
From the processing screen, should a customer no longer own the Vehicle you are contacting them for,
clicking on the for the particular Vehicle a prompt asking if you would like to βRemove Owner
Driver And Keeper?β will appear.
Company Contacts
If using Contacts Functionality against CRM records you can also see the available Company
contacts by selecting the address book at the top of the page.
A new window will show all the available contacts listed for this company along with the agreed
contact methods for the selected contact.
