The No Further reminders option is no longer available, as this option did not allow dealers to
capture the reason the customer no longer wanted to receive reminders for the specified
Vehicle.


In order to process the Vehicle and prevent from being reminded a Decline reason will need to
be set to allow the removal of reminders in Workshop > Parameters > Customer Declines >
Decline Parameters

Multiple reasons can be created for why the customer has declined the example below is the
customer has moved out of the area and no longer wants to be contacted by the dealer.

This option will then allow access to a disable reminder option when the decline reason is
selected from the list on the processing screen.

If the decline reason is not set to allow access to this field, the option is greyed out and the
decline will simply remove this particular event and recalculate the next event accordingly.
