When trying to cancel a Workshop Booking, after adding in notes to record the Lost Sale, why does it remain stagnant on the screen and not processing?
Answer
To rectify this, please navigate to -Workshop > Parameters > Parameters > General 2
Look to the Decline Email Address Parameter
See the email has been entered, however a semi colon remains at the end of the email. There may have been other recipients previously that have been removed.
Unless there is an email following this, the semi colon is not necessary.
Remove this and click Accept.
You will now be able to complete the Cancel Booking process.
