When confirming the costs for a new vehicle, there is no prompt as to whether the vehicle is on consignment or not, how do I resolve this?
Answer
This is because the default amount of consignment days for the supplier you are receiving the car from is set to zero within the parameters.
To resolve this, go to;
Vehicles - Parameters - Suppliers
Within here, double-click onto the supplier that you wish to change. You will see under the 'Supplier Name' there is an option for 'Consignment Days', set this to the correct amount of days and click 'Save', you will now be asked whether the vehicle is on consignment or not.
