Question

I am unable to find a Vehicle which is required for a Dealer Transfer?

Answer

This is most likely because the VAT invoice has been posted to the vehicle. You can confirm this by going into:

Vehicles - Reporting - Stock Cards

If you enter the vehicle details, within the 'Status' it will state that  '(VAT Posted)'. If you reverse this VAT invoice you should be able to find it in the Dealer Transfer option. 

To reverse the tax invoice, go to:

Vehicles - Vehicle Costs - VAT Invoice

You can then enter the vehicle details and confirm to reverse the VAT invoice.
