There is no definite way of telling who brought a vehicle into stock - however if a vehicles was brought into stock and the costs were confirmed at the same time, chances are it would have been by the same person.
Confirming the costs makes postings to the nominal which will have a user recorded against them which could possibly be the same user who brought into stock.
