How do I reverse the demonstrator routine?
Answer
If the user has done the demonstrator routine on a vehicle but needs to reverse it, it can be done by the following process:
1. Reverse the Used vehicle out of stock
2. Cancel the New vehicle invoice
3. Go to Vehicles - Customer Orders - Amend for the New stock number
4. Remove the part exchange (used vehicle), this will then ask 'do you want to remove the supplier order for the used vehicle?', Select Yes.
5. Save the customer order
6. Delete the customer order for the New vehicle
The new vehicle is now back in stock.
(Make sure everything is done in the same period as when it was posted)
