📝 Type of Sale Group or Type of Sale not available

Question

I have no Types of Sale available, why is this and how do I resolve?

Answer

Case 1:

Type of Sale groups will only be available if Type of Sales have been defined for that group.

You can check this in:

   Vehicles > Parameters > Parameters > Type of Sale (Tab)

  1. Select the Type of Sale Group from the drop-down.

If there are no Type of Sales listed for that group it won't be available for selection.

Case 2:

All Type of Sales will be available for all Vehicle Profiles where no Type of Sales have been specified for that profile.

If any Type of Sales has a Vehicle Profile linked to it, only those Type of Sales will be available for vehicles with that Profile.  If this is the case only the Type of Sale Groups containing those Type of Sales will be available for selection.

You can check this in:

   Vehicles > Parameters > Parameters > Type of Sale (Tab)

  1. Select the Type of Sale Group from the drop-down.
  2. Select a Type of Sale
  3. Check the Profiles section in the Type of Sales Details section.
