How can I remove a technician from Time Management and Time Analysis Reporting?
Answer
If a Technician has left and no longer needs to be seen on any Time Analysis reporting or to be available for selection within the Time Management feature then the users System Role will need to be changed.
Within Administration > User Admin > User Tab > Search the User. The system role will need to be changed from Technician to Other. For this to become available you will need to change the Time User option from Yes to No.
Click save and the user will no longer appear on the reporting.
