How do I cancel or delete PDI Requests from Workshop Jobs?

Answer

To check whether the PDI request has been received you would need to go to:

Vehicles > Stock Management > Prepare for PDI > Search for the Vehicle.

Any PDI request that has not yet been received you will see in the bottom right hand side of the screen as below:

To delete a request, just click onto a line and click delete from the left hand side.

 

To delete a PDI request that has been received if you go to:

Workshop > Jobs > Amend Job > Search for the vehicle.

If you go to β€˜Operation’ and simply click 'Delete' to remove the PDI operation lines as needed.

 

 

 

If there are technician clockings or parts on the operation or it has been invoiced, then it unfortunately cannot be deleted. It also cannot be deleted if it is the last remaining PDI line.

In this instance you would need to invoice it off at '0' as this will remove the job.
