Where can I view Workshop Bookings/Jobs that need Parts?

Parts > Customer Orders > Customer Orders > Workshop
Orders from different workshop departments within the branch can be filtered using the dropdown.
The orders will be in booking date order and allows the parts team to reserve or order parts against either the current job number or just against the booking.
To process an order, double click on it.
The window will show the customer and vehicle information. Additionally the Video, Documents and Conversation icons are available. Please refer to Parts Conversation, Documents & Video for further information.
Within the vehicle information box there is a icon, selecting this will copy the VIN onto the windows clipboard allowing the VIN to be pasted into a parts catalogue.
Parts are issued to the relevant workshop operation on the job card, the operation can be chosen using the Operation Number dropdown.
Selecting the โSearchโ icon next to the operation number drop down will show the operations numbers and requirements. To select an operation double click the relevant line. This will then be loaded into the issues screen.
Using the โSearchโ icon, the operations and requirements can be recalled at any time.
At the bottom of the window the โView Issuesโ button will show parts already reserved or ordered.
When all required parts have been added to the parts list, the โOrderโ button can be pressed.
Parts can then be reserved if stock is available or ordered using the customer order process.
Upon selecting โAcceptโ the option to print and remove the remove the request is available.
With โDistributionโ active the option to print a picking list is available.
The option to print a โPro-Formaโ is available
After viewing and or processing an order it can be removed from the list if required.
Selecting โNoโ will allow the order to be added to or processed at a later date.
Selecting โYesโ will removed the order from the workshop orders list.
