To add or amend the Desired Vehicle click on the Desired Vehicle Banner, and the panel will expand.
And using the content menu, select Amend Desired Vehicle
The desired vehicle can then be amended.
Click on the Vehicle Description field. The following window will be displayed allowing a Make, Model and Specification to be entered.
A specific stock vehicle can be selected by typing in the registration number or stock number, as this is entered the system will narrow down the search to any vehicle that contain those characters in the registration or stock number. Once the desired vehicle details have been entered press Accept.
If a vehicle presentation has been completed, then the Presentation box can be ticked. This will then be indicated at the top of the customer record, a contact history will also be added automatically.
Once the Desired Vehicle has been completed press the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
