Today's appointments will show in Showroom > My Work and within the Appointments tile.
The overdue appointments will be listed in the Overdue Appointments tile. After clicking the relevant tile, the following screen will be displayed:
The contacts are listed in time order with the newest contact at the top.
To process the contact, click on the context menu and select Add Customer Contact:
The following screen is then displayed:
Complete the fields on the screen, and either select Create New Opportunity, which will create a Sales Opportunity and be listed in the My Opportunities tile. Alternatively click Next Contact.
At this stage, you also have the opportunity to upload any relevant documents which might include Vehicle Appraisals.
After pressing Next Contact, the following screen is displayed to plan the next contact with the customer:
Click the green plus icon and complete the fields on the screen. After completing the screen click Save, then click Return to Appointments or Return to Overdue Appointments, depending on which tile the contact was listed within.
