📝 Service Visitors Tile

The Service Visitors tile is available to users within Showroom who have a System Role set within Administration to Sales Person.

The purpose of this tile is to allow the Sales Person to check if any customer they have a future contact with is booked into the workshop and due to visit the dealership.

If they are set to this System Role when they go into Showroom > My Work their screen will look like this.

Now if you click into this tile and you have a future contact booked into the diary they will show like the below.

You have the ability to view Previous and Next Days by clicking the buttons at the bottom of the pop. You can also double click into the customer to take you through to their CRM record.

The way the system currently works is that only the Sales Person who is logged into their system is able to view the data within this tile, if you have access to the emulation tile and look at a users showroom and drill into the Service Visitors tile you will also be able to view their Service Visitors.

To see all Service Visitors from a Sales Persons perspective then you can go to one of two places to see these the first being CRM > Contact Diary.

The second being from the Contact Report within CRM > Sales Reports > Management > Contact Report.
