The Open Opportunities tile is only visible to the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal, who will be able to view all open sales opportunities for the sales department.
When you are in the tile, the following screen will be displayed:
In here you can select the arrow button and view details of the opportunity and what activities have already been completed:
Alternatively, you can action the opportunity by selecting the context button and selecting Add Customer Contact:
