The sales activity report is found through CRM > Sales Reports > Activity > Sales Activity Report and will display the screen below:

The sales activity report allows you to search for any contact history updates made within a given date range, the versatility of the report is such that you can define between certain types of method and reasons for contact.

Department: This can be searched by Division, Branch or Department

Team: You can search by an agent, Salesperson or by all

Salesperson:  You can search by a specific salesperson or you can leave it as β€˜please select…’ and this will search everyone

Start Date/End Date: Allows you to select a date range, the bigger the date range the longer the report may take to create

Group By Customer:  Allows you to make the report customer focused so the report will group together the customer changes

Filter By:  This section can be used if you want to search by specific contact methods and contact reasons.

Once you have completed your criteria you can click create to populate the report this can be scrolled through. By clicking you can expand the view to fill the screen.

Clicking summary will give you the option to see the report of contact methods as can be seen below:

This report can be exported as a csv. file or printed.
