In the Vehicles module, you can produce a report that allows you to see the Location History of any vehicle updated between a date range or using the filters see the location history of a specific vehicle.
Go to Vehicles > Reporting > Stock Lists > Location History. Once in there, you will see the below screen.
The start and end date range will default at one month in the past to date. You can then search for a specific vehicle using the stock number and reg number fields, When you're happy hit Create Report to see your results.
The information this report gives is as follows:
Stock Number - Stock number of the vehicle.
Vehicle - Make, model, and spec.
Reg No - This will be blank if there is no registration number on the stock card.
Order No - If the vehicle is on order the order number will appear in this column.
Amended Date - Date and time stamp of the amendment.
Amended By - Displays the user that made the amendment.
Location - Location of the vehicle, the latest dated result will show the current location.
Vehicle Status - The status of the vehicle, the latest dated result will show the current status.
You can also export this data to an Excel document by selecting the export button in the bottom right.
You can also double-click on to a result line to open the vehicle stock card.
