The Amendments Audit report is used to display any changes that have been made to sales ledger accounts – at either the Master or Transaction level – within the date range specified.

The following display options are presented:

The β€˜Date From’ and β€˜Date To’ are mandatory fields and must be populated with the date range required. Amendments to a particular sales ledger account via Account Maintenance can be interrogated by selecting it using the β€˜Account’ field at the top right hand side of the screen. Finally, select an β€˜Account Type’ either Transaction or Master account as required. Click on ’Create Report’ to display in the lower half of the screen:

The amendments audit report displays the account codes to which amendments have been made, along with the field description amended, the date of the amendment and the name of the person who performed the amendment. The old value and new value are also displayed – the old value being the information held before the field was changed and the new value being the information that was entered when the field was amended.

The amendments audit report can be printed.
