Vehicle Bonus Postings will now reflect the Vehicle’s Stock Location on the Stock Card. This feature has been developed for Dealer Groups that have a Centralised Vehicle Management department so the location of the Bonus Posting can be identified.
After the bonus has been posted to the vehicle, the location information can be seen in the transaction drill down and can be used in Sales Ledger Enquiry to filter transactions. When clicking Drill on the transaction the posting will display as below:
Sales Ledger Enquiry can be filtered according to transaction location. If a bonus is posted against a vehicle that does not yet have a location, the Vehicle Management branch will be used as the location when the bonus posting is made.
