An aged debtors report is a list of customers that owe payment to your business. If you are creating an aged debt report, and you are unable to find the account you are looking for you will need to make sure that the rep number in the Transaction Account is set to 1 or above.

The rep number displays the number that will be applied to a Sales Ledger Account as a default value at the point the Sales Ledger Account is created – this default can be changed at the point of account creation. Rep Numbers can be used to differentiate accounts via the Sales Ledger Reporting routines by grouping specific accounts together.

To amend the rep number you will need to go to Accounts > Sales Ledger > Enquiry.

In this screen you can search for the account that is missing from the aged debt report.

Once you press search it will take you to the β€˜Transaction Account’ tab where the information of the account will be presented.

Click on the button save. Then when you go back into the aged debt report you will be able to see all the account needed.
