The Sales Ledger Turnover report is used to display turnover figures for sales ledger accounts. The search fields below are displayed:

A turnover report can be obtained for a range of accounts by populating the β€˜Start Account’ and β€˜End Account’ fields. Alternatively an Accounting Group or Rep Number can be specified. Once these options are selected (leaving blank will display all sales ledger accounts on the system), select the β€˜Create Report’ option to display:

The report displays the account number and name, along with the Rep Number and current sales ledger account Status (either On Stop or Active). The turnover on each sales ledger account is displayed in three different columns on the right hand side of the screen – the first displaying turnover for the current system period. The β€˜Yr To Date’ column displays sales for the current accounting year, while the β€˜Last Year’ column displays turnover on the sales ledger account for the previous financial year. In this way, current performance can easily be compared to the performance of the previous twelve months but please note the figures displayed are not pro-rated.
