This process allows for sale values to be recorded against finalised and archived stock vehicles when invoicing to any sales ledger account with the exception of INTER.
If the Mandatory Vehicle Selection parameter has been ticked for any internal charge in the current division or any department within the current division, a stock vehicle search field will be available in the posting details section of the sundry posting screen as shown below:-
A stock number can be typed in or searched for and selected via the stock vehicle search pop-up, only finalised or archived vehicles can be selected.
If the stock number field is populated, on completion of the sundry posting, sale adjustment values will be recorded against the selected stock vehicle for each value entered.
The Sales Ledger Sundry Posting Credit Note is processed in the same way as the invoice
