How to merge a vehicle location?
Answer
Firstly, a merger of locations would take place if a customer wants to delete locations which may be due to the locations no longer being in use.
Locations cannot be deleted for reporting purposes however you can merge the locations which are no longer needed. This would group all locations which are no longer in use and wouldn't appear under the location.
Steps:
Vehicles > Parameters > Vehicle Data
Select the locations you want to merge.
Click re map range at the bottom of the page and click the locations you want to merge. Then click replace with on the right hand side and save.
This allows all locations which no longer needed to be under one place and accessed for reporting purposes if needed.
