How would I add another Job Type into the drop down, on the job details screen?
Answer
When you cannot view the job type you require in the drop down box. This will be due to it not being set up within the systems parameters.
This is where you would select a job type:
Workshop > Jobs > New Job
Select the Job Type Box situated next to the Time In and Out:
When the Job Type is unavailable then follow: Workshop> Parameters> Parameters
Within the Parameter Job Type screen, this is where you can view job types that are currently available, and where new job types can be added.
Simply select 'Add', and the following pop up will be generated:
Within the pop up the user will be required to give the Job Type a name, select the appropriate Tax Type, and Product Group.
Once all fields have been completed, the user should select βAcceptβ. The new Job Types will then appear within the booking screen for them to accept.
You can additionally set this up as a default by going to: Workshop> Parameters> Parameters> General 2- Default Job Type
