Cash Book receipts - unable to type in the vehicle box, how can I solve this?
Answer
When going to cashbook receipts the vehicles box is appearing greyed out and the user is unable to type into it.
The reason this happens is not all of the vehicles branches have been opened in the new period
Steps:
Accounts > Cash Book > Receipts
To resolve the issue, you will need to go into Vehicle > Reporting > Stock cards then choose the first branch in the division for that accounting group and then repeat the steps for every branch in that accounting division.
After this has been done the box now should ready to be typed in.
